A brief overview…

Format

part 1: 2:00 – 2:30    silent reflective meditation

part 2: 2:30 – 3:30 Study / presentation

part 3: 3:30 – 4:00 break

part 4: 4:00 – 5:00 Study / discussion

Part 1

In the first part of our study meetings, we sit in a circle and do a silent reflective meditation. The manner of undertaking this reflective meditation will vary from person to person. The suggestion is to either, and only as example, hold the card image in one's imagination; or hold some key phrase or sentence from the letter (chapter) of the book.

Part 2

During the second part, I will go over some of the key concepts, references, and nuances; as well as some of the major recurrent positions taken by the author.

Part 3

We share a coffee, tea, and some bread and cheese or sweets.

Part 4

Personal reflections and discussions arising from the letter.
